What happens once I sign up?

• Before the call, you will get information and your own call-in phone number and conference ID to call the day & time of the group phone call
• You can participate live or sit back & listen; whatever your comfort level
• Phone only, so you can join from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in the world.

What happens on the call?

• When you call in on the day & time of the support group call, I'll take the first few minutes to set context
• The phone system allows callers to be selectively muted/unmuted, so pressing *5 "raises your hand." When you raise your hand, I can call on you, unmute you and you can share with the group.
• You will have a chance to share your story, ask for advice of the group, or use your time however it would most help you
• Please keep in mind that others will want to speak, too, so be aware of our time limitations
